McMillan Emergency Response is a mission-driven operation led by Nicholas McMillan—a certified rope access technician, FAA-licensed drone pilot, and seasoned professional in heavy civil construction, slope stabilization, and emergency fieldwork.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in high-risk environments—from rockfall zones and unstable slopes to disaster cleanup and remote inspections—I’ve built this operation to serve where others hesitate. I’ve worked cliffs, rail corridors, wildfire zones, and storm-damaged roads, and I bring that same intensity, precision, and safety-first mindset to every project I take on.

I don’t subcontract or hand off the job—you get direct communication and full commitment from the person doing the work. That means faster response, no miscommunication, and better control in the field.
